!!!Füssen, Frieden von

Fuessen, Treaty of, ended the  Austrian Succession, War of the on 
April 22, 1745 between Austria and Bavaria. Elector Max Joseph refused 
the Imperial Crown and all claims to Austria lands, recognised the 
Pragmatic Sanction and promised Franz Stephan, the husband of Maria 
Theresia, his vote in the election for emperor in return for his 
lands.
