Skilled Worker, a worker who has completed a course of training 
lasting several years as an apprentice or in a workshop and passed an 
examination given by a specialised commission, thereby earning their 
certification as a skilled worker. Those who complete the course of 
study at certain trade schools (hotel and catering schools, for 
example) also receive the certification of skilled worker.
