!!!Farbbuch

Farbbuch, a term used by diplomats to describe a collection of 
official documents. The name is taken from the colours of the 
book´s jacket. The book used during the Austro-Hungarian 
Monarchy was red, in 1946 the Second Republic of Austria published a 
Red-White-Red book containing documents and other evidence concerning 
the history both before and during Germany 's occupation of Austria.
