b. Vienna, Oct. 13, 1954, journalist and editor of magazines. Together 
with his brother Helmuth F. (b. Aug. 13, 1956) founded the youth 
magazine  "Rennbahn-Express" (1968), the monthly magazine "Basta" 
(1983-1994) and the news magazine  "News", which first appeared on 
October 15, 1992. The television magazine "tv-media", which was 
established in 1995, the magazine  "Format", which was launched on 
October 5, 1998 and the multi-media magazine "E-Media" also belong to 
the firm Fellner Media AG, in which the German publishing house Gruner 
& Jahr has had a 75% share since 1998. In 2001 Fellner Media AG merged 
with Zeitschriften Verlags Beteiligungs AG (ZVB).
