Telecommunications, Secrecy of: According to the Communications Act 
employees of the public communications services are under obligation 
to maintain the secrecy of communications. Whoever receives radio 
transmissions which are not meant for the receiving station in 
question may not record them nor pass them on to anyone else. 
Violations are punishable by private prosecution.
