Figdor, Wilhelm, b. Vienna, March 11, 1866, 
d. Vienna, Jan. 27, 1938, plant physiologist, professor at the 
University of Vienna; together with L. v. Portheim and H.  
Przibram founded the biological experimental station, known as 
Vivarium (1906-1945), in the Vienna Prater in 1906.
