Fischa, Lower Austria, southern tributary of the Danube. The Fischa 
originates in Steinfeld, joining the  Piesting, River at 
Gramatneusiedl, which flows westward and reaches the Danube at Maria 
Ellend. At Fischamend the Fischa's median rate of volume amounts to 
7.5 m%%sup 3/%/sec.
