Froehlich, Georg, b. Brno, Czech Republic (then Bruenn), July 17, 1872, d. Vienna, Sept. 21, 1939, law scholar; 1930-1934 vice-president of the Constitutional Court. Contributed to the Austrian Federal Constitution, and the formulation of important constitutional laws in the First Republic.
