Fuchs, Werner, b. Vienna, Dec. 10, 1937, 
d. Vienna, Nov. 24, 1985, geologist and micropalaeontologist with 
the Geological Survey. Drew numerous geological maps and was highly 
esteemed for conducting research into earliest forms of plankton 
foraminifers (Triassic globigerinas).
