Goerg, Bernhard, b. Horn (Lower Austria), Feb. 9, 1942, manager 
and politician in the Austrian People's Party (OeVP). Defeated by E.  
Busek in 1991 in the election for federal chairman of the Austrian 
People's Party, from 1992-2001 city councillor and Vienna Municipal 
Chairman of the Austrian People's Party, since 1996 deputy mayor and 
city councillor in charge of "future and project management" ("Planung 
und Zukunft").
