!!!Gauderfest

Gauderfest, popular festival in Zell am Ziller (Tyrol), celebrated on 
the 1%%sup st/%  Sunday in May, starting with the traditional custom 
of Gauderschiessen. A parade ( Grasauslaeuten) is followed by various 
competitions and animal fights (such as ram fighting, cockfighting and 
 Ranggeln). Specialities enjoyed at this festival include the 
"Gauderwuerste" sausages and the very strong "Gauderbock" beer (20% by 
volume), which is brewed especially for this event.
