Goëss, Count Zeno Vinzenz, b. Graz (Styria), Oct. 26, 1846, 
d. Klagenfurt (Carinthia), May 14, 1911, officer and politician; 
brother of  Count Leopold  Goëss, cousin of Count Anton  
Goëss. Up to 1897 Member of the ''Reichsrat;'' Governor of 
Carinthia 1897-1909. Promoted the construction of the Provincial 
Hospital and the ''Kuenstlerhaus'' in Klagenfurt.
