Grabherr, Josef, b. Lustenau (Vorarlberg), Feb. 17, 1856, 
d. Satteins (Vorarlberg), Feb. 20, 1921, parish priest, 
historian. One of the most significant cultural researchers of the 
nation's cultural history of his time (local history, art in 
churches); wrote treatises on the history of the people of the Walser 
valley and supported the establishment of a diocese in Feldkirch in 
1887.
