Graz Hill-Country, hilly area north of Graz, on both sides of the 
narrow Mur Valley, made up primarily of palaeozoic limestone and slate 
("Graz Palaezoic", highest peak: Schoeckl, 1,446 m) and tertiary 
basins (e.g. Passail Basin).
