Grenser, Alfred, b. Leipzig (Germany), Nov. 15, 1838, 
d. Vienna, April 17, 1891, book-seller and genealogist. Helped to 
found the  Adler, Heraldisch-Genealogische Gesellschaft (Adler 
Heraldic Genealogical Society) in 1870, to which he donated his 
collection of inscriptions and coats of arms.
