Grillparzer-Ring, ring endowed in 1964 by the then Minister of 
Education T. Piffl-Perćěvicć, carrying the initials of 
the dramatist Franz Grillparzer, first awarded in 1965; award to 
theatre managers, artistic directors, directors, actors, stage and 
costume designers, dramaturges, adaptors, translators and scholars for 
outstanding service to the work of F. Grillparzer.
