Grois, Alois (Louis), b. Szávár (Hungary), 1809, 
d. Vienna, April 8, 1874, actor, bass player, producer; first worked 
as comedian in Graz, then at the Vienna Carltheater, where he made up 
the famous quartet of comedians with J.  Nestroy, K.  Treumann and W.  
Scholz.
