Groner, Richard, b. Vienna, Oct. 3, 1853, 
d. Vienna, June 15, 1931, lexicographer and journalist. Founded 
the biographical yearbook "Das geistige Wien" ("Intellectual Vienna") 
in 1889 with L. J. Eisenberg. Co-author of the historical 
encyclopaedia "Wien, wie es war" ("Vienna - as it used to be") in 
1919.
