Gurina Mountain, Carinthia, 866 m, outlier of the Jauken mountain 
near Dellach im Gailtal. Naturally protected plateau, continuously 
settled from the late Bronze Age to late Graeco-Roman times. Numerous 
finds of the La Tène Culture; decorated bronze sheets and 
inscriptions in Veneti language and writing (end of the 5%%sup th/%  
to the 1%%sup st/%  half of the 1%%sup st/%  centuries B.C.).
