Guschelbauer, Edmund, b. Vienna, Oct. 16, 1839, 
d. Vienna, Feb. 6, 1912, initially gilder; one of the most 
prominent Viennese singers of popular songs ( Volkssaenger), depicted 
the "Urwiener" (the typical Viennese man), first together with the 
popular singer L.  Montag, later with the singer of couplets, J. 
Mueller; especially famous for the song "Alter Drahrer".
