Hackhofer, Josef, b. Wolfsberg (Carinthia), March 18, 1863, 
d. Vienna, Sept. 8, 1917, architect. Exponent of art nouveau, 
numerous projects with other architects (including O.  Wagner). His 
main works include the "Hohe Bruecke" bridge in Vienna (1903) and the 
regulation of the River Wien in the Stadtpark (1903-1906) with F.  
Ohmann.
