Hadamowsky, Franz, b. Rappoltenkirchen (Lower Austria), Jan. 31, 1900, 
d. Vienna, Jan. 9, 1995, librarian, theatre historian, author. 
1922-1933 librarian, 1934-1938 director of the Vienna Association for 
Adult Education, from 1948 at the Austrian National Library, where he 
was director of the Theatrical Artefacts Collection from 1954-1966; 
numerous publications about Austrian theatre history.
