Hagara, Roman, b. Vienna, April 30, 1966, yacht racer. Has 
been racing since 1980; since 1985 in the Tornado class. As the 
sheethand of his brother Andreas H. world champion in 1987 in Kiel and 
European champion in 1990. Since 1993 helmsman; H.-P. Steinacher has 
been his sheethand since 1997. 1997 European champion; 1999 world 
champion in Vallensbaek and winner of Kiel Week; 2000 again winner of 
Kiel Week and gold medal winner at the Olympic Games in Sydney.
