Commercial Courts, have jurisdiction over all issues concerning 
commercial law such as legal action against merchants arising from 
their commercial transactions. If the value in dispute is more than 
100,000 ATS or if the issue lies within their competence (e.g. unfair 
competition), provincial courts have jurisdiction, all other cases lie 
within the competence of the district courts (section 51f. 
Jurisdiction Law). Only Vienna has both its own commercial court and a 
"District court for commercial cases".
