Affairs of OEEC (Organization for European Economic Cooperation) in 
Paris, 1951-1953 Chef de Protocol, 1956-1960 and 1964/65 he headed the 
political department of the Foreign Ministry, 1960-1964 and 1970-1974 
Ambassador in Moscow, 1968-1970 permanent representative at the UNO in 
New York.
