Heldenberg, Lower Austria, municipality in the district of Hollabrunn, 
alt. 238 m, pop. 1,061, area 27.37 km%%sup 2/%. The monument 
in praise of the Austrian army, from which Heldenberg derived its 
name, was built by the supplier to the army, J. Pargfrieder, in 1849. 
It consists of a pantheon and a mausoleum for field marshals 
J. W. Count Radetzky and M. v. Wimpffen as well as for 
Pargfrieder himself. 142 busts of military leaders in the park. 
Kleinwetzdorf Castle (17%%sup th/% century), alterations 1726-1733 and 
in the 19%%sup th/%  century.
