b. Langenzersdorf. Lower Austria, Aug. 4, 1888, 
d. Vienna, Dec. 13, 1954, music publisher. In 1921 took over his 
father's (Bernhard  Herzmansky Sr.) music shop and publishing house ( 
Doblinger) and sponsored the publication of contemporary serious and 
popular music. President of  AKM 1945-50.
