b. Vienna, Sept. 10, 1968, soccer player. Started his career 1974-1983 
with Admira-Wacker, 1983-1992 played for Rapid Wien with only a short 
break; since 1987 professional player, 1992-1995 and from 1996 with 
Werder Bremen, 1995/1996 with Bayern Muenchen. One of the most 
successful Austrian soccer players: 1993 German champion, 1994 and 
1999 German Cup winner and 1996 UEFA Cup winner with his team Werder 
Bremen.
