d. Gries near Bozen/Bolzano (South Tyrol), Jan. 21, 1913, architect. 
Studied architecture at Vienna University of Technology. 1883 
assistant to the professor of construction and architecture, 1886 
diploma in construction. From 1897 professor of General Construction 
Engineering and a practising architect. Mainly school buildings 
(Penzing, Oberdoebling, Hainburg, Trento, Mistelbach, etc.). From 1889 
worked in his father's studio (Moriz H., 1831-1909); town hall 
buildings in Waehring and Neunkirchen, local authority offices in 
Lilienfeld and Zwettl. From 1896 treasurer and expert at the 
commercial court of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy.
