Hofherr & Schrantz, manufacturers of agricultural machinery, 
founded in Vienna in 1869, 1912 merged with Clayton & 
Shuttleworth Ltd. (founded 1857). Nationalised in 1946, merged with 
Trauzl-Werke AG in 1969, made part of the Boehlerwerke AG in 1970.
