!!!Hoflehner, Rudolf

b. Linz (Upper Austria), Aug. 8, 1916, 
d. Pantaneto (Italy), Sept. 3, 1995, sculptor and graphic artist. 
1945-1951 teacher at the School of Arts and Crafts in Linz, 1951-1954 
studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna under F.  Wotruba; 
produced mainly iron and steel sculptures. From 1962 teacher at the 
State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. Awarded the Grand Austrian 
State Prize 1969.
