Hohenems, Count Kaspar von, b. 1573, d. 1640, son of Jakob 
Hannibal von  Hohenems, brother of Marcus Sitticus von  Hohenems. 
Wanted to establish a state between Austria and Switzerland around 
1620; completed and lavishly decorated the palace at Hohenems.
