Horny, radio shop founded 1923 in Vienna by Friedrich Horny, started 
its own production 2 years later, 1935 taken over by Philips with more 
than 1,000 employees, under the name of "Radiowerk Horny" biggest 
manufacturer of radios and television sets in Austria until 1971.
