Jaeger, Werner, b. Pernegg (Lower Austria), June 25, 1913, 
regional planner, 1947-1949 senior clerk of the Austrian Academy of 
Sciences, together with F. Kastner founder and head (1951-1977) of the 
association for area research and regional planning (since 1957 
Oesterreichisches Institut fuer Raumplanung) from 1978 free-lance 
active in the regional planning of rural and urban areas.
