Jabloner, Clemens, b. Vienna, Nov. 28, 1948 law scholar. From 
1988 lecturer and professor of Austrian constitutional law at the 
university of Vienna, since 1993 president of the Higher 
Administrative Court, since 1998 chairperson of the Historical 
Commission of the Republic of Austria on "looting of 
property" in the territory of the Republic of Austria in the Nazi 
era.
