Janatsch, Helmut, b. Braunau (Upper Austria), Oct. 12, 1918, 
d. Salzburg, Nov. 24, 1989, Kammerschauspieler. 1945/46 
engagement at the provincial theatre of Salzburg, afterwards at the 
revue theatre "Die Insel" in Vienna; from 1950 character parts at the 
Vienna Burgtheater. Participation in film, television and radio 
productions (writer of literary adaptations for radio productions).
