b. Vienna, Oct. 19, 1859, 
d. Vienna, June 30, 1926, Redemptorist (member of the Catholic 
Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer), lay missionary. Was 
considered a "saintly priest" during his lifetime. His beatification 
process was initiated in 1934. Buried in the church Maria am Gestade 
in Vienna.
