!!!Johann Parricida

b. 1290, 
d. probably Pisa (Italy), Dec. 13, 1312 (or 1313), posthumous son of 
Duke  Rudolf II, member of the  Habsburg dynasty. In 1306 he aspired 
in vain to the Bohemian throne and to participate in the reign of 
Austria. From 1307 co-regent of the Habsburg hereditary domains. On 
May 1, 1308 murdered his uncle King  Albrecht I, who had rejected his 
claim to inheritance, fled to Italy and presumably became a monk in 
Pisa. F. Schiller assigned him a small but significant role in his 
drama "Wilhelm Tell".
