Juch, Hermann, b. Innsbruck (Tyrol), Sept. 19, 1908, d. Jona 
near Rapperswil (Switzerland), July 12, 1995, law graduate, singer and 
opera manager. Joined the Austrian Federal Theatre Administration in 
1936 and managed the artistic office of the Vienna State Opera from 
1941; 1946-1955 manager of the Vienna Volksoper, 1955-1964 general 
manager of the opera Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Duesseldorf, 1964-1975 
manager of the opera in Zurich.
