Forum). From 1990-95 head of the staff unit for organisational 
development and quality management of the Vienna Hospital Association 
(Krankenanstaltenverbund), since 1998 University Proessor for Health 
Policy and Health Management at the University of Witten-Herdecke, 
Germany. Since 2000 General Secretary of the  Liberales Forum.
