Corporation under Public Law, decentralised body with legal 
personality established by constitutional law, e.g. the professional 
representative bodies (Economic Chamber, Chamber of Labour, Chamber of 
Agriculture etc.), the Austrian Students' Union, social security 
authorities, but not the universities. Membership in a corporation 
under public law is compulsory; some chambers have disciplinary power 
(Bar Associations etc.).
