Kammel, Willibald, b. Kamenicky Sěnov, Czech Republic (then 
Stein-Schoenau), May 27, 1879, d. Vienna, April 16, 1953, 
educationalist, professor at the university of Vienna. Founded the 
first pedagogic-psychological laboratory in Austria in 1913 (the 
future institute for experimental psychology and juvenile studies 
(Institut fuer experimentelle Psychologie und Jugendkunde)).
