Kann, Robert Adolf, b. Vienna, Feb. 11, 1906, d. Vienna, 
Aug. 30, 1981, law scholar and historian. From 1930 in the judicial 
service, had to emigrate in 1938, taught in the United States, 
returned to Vienna as guest professor in 1950.
