d. Schruns (Vorarlberg), April 10, 1958, politician. Became 
director of the supreme police authority of Lower Austria in 1933, 
1933-1934 Staatssekretaer for Public Security and 1934-1935 
Staatssekretaer for Justice. Prominent representative of the 
authoritarian  Corporate State .
