Katholische Akademie, Wiener (Vienna Catholic Academy), Catholic 
institution established by the Vienna Archdiocese, founded in 1945 by 
Cardinal T.  Innitzer; successor to the Austrian  Leo-Gesellschaft; 
promotes dialogue between science and the Christian faith, provides a 
forum for discussions, seminars and lectures (semester programmes) and 
organises days of study and working groups.
