Keldorfer, Viktor, b. Salzburg, April 14, 1873, d. Vienna, 
Jan. 28, 1959, composer, father of Robert  Keldorfer. Choir-master of 
the Vienna Men´s Choral Society (1902-1921) and of the Vienna 
Schubert-Bund society (1922-1938 and from 1945; 1938-1945 prohibited 
from working). Was the first to publish the complete works of Schubert 
for men´s choirs (1928). Composed numerous choral works, in 
particular a capella works for men´s choirs.
