Kerschagl, Richard, b. Vienna, May 25, 1896, d. Hermagor 
(Carinthia), Dec. 30, 1976, political economist. After 1918 bank 
clerk, from 1930-1938 and 1945-1967 taught at the Vienna University of 
World Trade, was its rector twice. 1958-1976 president of the 
Association of Austrian Adult Education.
