d. Vienna, Feb. 5, 1923, politician, son of the Hanoverian 
Minister of State (Prime Minister) Count Eduard K., 1889-1911 governor 
of Lower Austria (creator of Greater Vienna 1890); 1895 Prime Minister 
and Minister of the Interior.
