Kloiber, Herbert, b. Vienna, Dec. 6, 1947, manager. Studied 
law in Vienna. From 1970 distribution manager at Beta/Taurus, a film 
group owned by Leo Kirch of Germany; afterwards managing director of 
the Kirch group´s music film production company Unitel Film- & 
Fernsehproduktionsgesellschaft. 1977 bought Tele Muenchen GmbH and 
established his own production company; established the film 
distribution company Concorde Filmverleih and the television channels 
Tele 5 and tm3. Owns shares in the German broadcasting channel 
RTL 2 and is shareholder of the Austrian private channel ATV. 
After Leo Kirch one of the leading figures in the German film 
industry.
