Kofler, Werner, b. Villach (Carinthia), July 23, 1947, narrative 
writer, poet and writer of radio plays; uses chiefly collage or 
montage techniques. Favourite themes are the impotence of the 
individual in the face of the constraints of bureaucracy and 
professional life as well as his own life.
